Here are my thesis Latex files.

Edit the files 
* thesis_main_file_JM.tex
* examples_JM.tex (this is the main body text)
* opening_with_image_2.JM.tex
* mystyle.sty

Compile with Latex the file "thesis_main_file_JM.tex".
