    In general, a well-structured report, with clear reference, explicit hypothesis and goals defined (Xuechen: better than me. Sometimes I forgot to specify both very precisely XD)
    For methods’ description, it is not recommended to copy text from official description, even though with clear reference. Paraphrasing is essential for writing.
    Opening the introduction with some historical work as background will be a big boost on pervasiveness of the report/paper.
    There are minor typos and grammatical errors here and there. I suggest to use tools like Grammarly to identify and correct such mistakes in future.
